Understanding the new SAT [EducationUSA Invitation to schools]

Dear Educator,

Greetings from EducationUSA Hong Kong!  EducationUSA is a U.S. Department of State initiative to offer free, accurate, and comprehensive information about opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary U.S. institutions.

As you know, in March 2016 the College Board rolled out a new, redesigned SAT. What does the new SAT mean for teachers and students? In order to help counselors and educators better understand the test and provide students with the most up-to-date information, EducationUSA and King George V School will be hosting a free seminar on the new SAT. The seminar will focus on changes to the SAT, including the redesigned format. A representative from College Board will share data derived from the first two international administrations of the new SAT test. Presentations will be followed by a Question & Answer Session.
